My Story

I enjoy helping people find their own passion to live a better life.

I've been in sports since my brother taught me to swim as a young girl but after having five children, I needed to find my own journey back to health and pain-free living. I decided to try a cardio kickboxing program and was very successful, losing 78 pounds and finding a love once again for physical activity.

That began my journey to where I am today. I completed my Doctor of Chiropractic, as well as certifications in myofascial work and became specialized in sports medicine as a Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner. Since that specialization, I continue to acquire additional certifications that enhance my abilities to identify primary root issues that lead to altered movement and leave people susceptible to injuries.

I have also learned that the body can only heal as much as the immune system will allow. If the body is toxic, it will hinder how efficiently this healing can take place. Treating patients is much more than addressing spine, joints and tissues, it is treating the whole person inside and out.

Two years ago, with the help of my husband, I began a new chapter professionally and moved from a larger office to open my own practice in North Fort Worth and Keller, serving the community my children (all seven, now!) have been a part of since their young lives. This new endeavor has allowed me to help my family overcome adversity and challenges and I'm so grateful for it.

There is no greater purpose in this life than to serve others.
